DELIVERY DENMARK
We offer free shipment with DAO or Postnord to free choice of parcel shop when you purchase for more than DKK 500. You can also chose home delivery with DAO for a surcharge of DKK 9. 

For deliveries below DKK 500, we charge DKK 25 to free choice of parcel shop using DAO and DKK 34 for home delivery using DAO. You can also chose delivery to parcel shop with Postnord for DKK 34.

DELIVERY EU COUNTRIES
We deliver outside of Denmark and we offer free shipment for orders above Euro 140. For orders below Euro 140, we charge Euro 20. For deliveries outside Denmark, please send an email to customerservice@bywandall.com.

RETURNS DENMARK
You can return your order 14 days from the day you received the order. Just fill out the enclosed return formula and use the enclosed return label. We will refund your purchase within 5 working days after having received your return. We will however subtract DKK 29 from the purchase order to cover part of the return cost. Returned products must be in original, unused and unwashed conditions and must be returned in original packaging.

RETURN EU COUNTRIES
Fill out the enclosed return formula and choose a courier at our own choice. We will refund your purchase within 5 working days after receiving the returned parcel. We will add 5 euro to cover part of your return cost. Returned products must be in original, unused and unwashed conditions and must be returned in original packaging.
