GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all sale and deliveries from bywandall.com. Terms and conditions applies when a binding agreement is entered between customer and bywandall.com. This agreement is entered when terms and conditions are accepted upon placement of order. Bywandall.com reserves the right to modify terms and conditions related to the website and services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this agreement on the website.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on the web shop are inclusive danish VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We make reservations for price errors and sold out items.

DELIVERY, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Delivery is considered to be completed when the order is either delivered to parcel shop or attempted delivered at customer address. In case of delays bywandall.com can not be hold responsible. For further terms and condition see separate section here.

PAYMENT AND INVOICE
We accept payment with the following cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, VisaElectron, Apple Pay and Mobilepay. We will not draw the amount from your card before the products are forwarded

Invoice will be forwarded on email and also enclosed in the shipment and is valid as your receipt and warranty certificate.

CURRENCY
We charge all orders in Danish kroner DKK. Price for each item will be shown in DKK.

REGISTRATION OF INFORMATION
We register your name and address as well as your invoice in our customer system in relation to your purchase. This information is not disclosed to any other parties. We keep the information for 5 years according to danish legislation.

COMPLAINTS TREATMENT
Quality is our first priority, and we have extensive quality control. should you however, find that your product has a defect, there is a full right of return. bywandall.com will incur any shipping costs related to return of defect products as long as the complaint is accepted.

Before returning a defect product, customer must always contact our customer service at customerservice@bywandall.com with a picture and description of the defect. Be aware that you must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. We recommend to do so within 2 month from purchase. 

COMPLAINTS GUIDELINES
Bywandall.com provides a 2-year warranty on all products due to fabric and manufacturing defects. However, defects caused but normal wear, tear and improper use is not covered by this warranty.
